The Ride N ‘ Grind is shaped a bit like a bike seat, easy to position on just about any chair (or other horizontal surface). Once you have it where it feels best, you’ll find two sexy swells of surface area that you can rock on or hump against. On the other hand, you can also do absolutely nothing – there’s more than enough power to overcome! Just a hint: the vibration will feel more intense when the Ride N’ Grind is on firm surfaces and less on softer ones.
