1. Returns & Exchanges for Damaged or Incorrect Items
We stand behind the quality of our teas. If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of receipt.
- Contact our Customer Care team at [email protected] with your order number and details/photos of the issue.
- We will gladly arrange a replacement of the exact item at no cost to you, or issue a full refund.
- For incorrect items, we may require the return of the product, and we will provide a prepaid shipping label.
2. Refunds for Change of Mind
Due to the perishable nature of loose-leaf tea and for hygiene reasons, we generally do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind once a product has been shipped.
Exception: If your sealed, unopened package of tea arrives and is simply not to your liking, you may contact us within 7 days of delivery. We may, at our discretion, offer a one-time store credit or exchange for a different blend of equal value. Return shipping will be at the customer’s expense.
3. Subscription Box Modifications & Cancellations
You can manage, skip, or cancel your Meow Monthly Subscription at any time before your subscription box ships for the upcoming cycle.
- Refunds are not provided for a subscription box once it has been shipped.
- If you encounter an issue with a specific item within your subscription box, please contact us under Section 1 of this policy.
4. How to Initiate a Return
Returns are only accepted with prior authorization from our team.

- We will provide instructions and the correct return address if applicable.
- Items should be returned in their original, unopened packaging.
5. Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved Refunds: Will be processed to the original method of payment within 10 business days.
- You may receive store credit in some cases, which will be issued as a unique code to your email.
- Note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
