All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) after we receive your order confirmation and complete payment verification. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.

Shipping Methods and Timeframes

We offer several shipping options to meet your needs. Delivery timeframes begin once the order has been shipped (not when it is placed) and are estimates, not guarantees. Shipping times can vary due to carrier delays, weather, or customs processing.

Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days. Our most economical option.

Expedited Shipping: 3-5 business days. A faster option for domestic deliveries.

Express Shipping: 1-3 business days. Our fastest available service for urgent deliveries.

Shipping Destinations and Restrictions

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. International shipping is not available at this time. Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. Teasemeow is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. For privacy and security, all packages are shipped in discreet, unmarked packaging with no external indication of the contents.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your items, your selected shipping method, and your delivery destination. We occasionally offer free standard shipping promotions, which will be clearly advertised on our website.

Delivery for All Products

The shipping timelines and methods above apply to our entire product catalog. Whether you’re ordering accessories, lubricants, or bundles, your order will be processed and shipped according to the guidelines in this policy.

Delivery for Vibrators

All vibrators and electronic items are shipped with their batteries disconnected or include a battery tab to prevent accidental activation during transit. Please check the product manual upon arrival to properly activate your device. Due to their nature, all pleasure products are final sale and cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, so please inspect your shipment promptly upon delivery.

Delivery for Best Selling and Popular Products

Our Best Selling and Popular products are kept in stock for fast fulfillment. Orders containing only these high-demand items are often processed and shipped within 24 hours on business days, allowing you to receive them as quickly as possible. Restocking occurs regularly to avoid delays.

Delivery for Newest Products

Our Newest Products are shipped using the same reliable methods as the rest of our catalog. Please note that during initial launch periods, high demand may occasionally lead to a short processing delay (within our standard 1-3 business days). We will communicate any significant delays proactively via email.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number on the carrier’s website to monitor the progress of your delivery. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active after you receive the notification.

Delivery Issues

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check with other household members, neighbors, and around all possible delivery locations (porch, garage, mailbox, etc.). If the package is still missing, contact the carrier directly using your tracking number. If the carrier confirms a loss, please contact our Customer Care team within 14 days of the marked delivery date for further assistance.
